FIRST DROP / PARTNER PILOT / NO WHOLESALE BUY-IN
very small shop.
collectors. makers. tiny-thing people.

let’s make a
very small deal.

You bring the little treasures. We bring a collector’s eye, the storefront, and the launch content. Together, we test a small collection before making a bigger commitment.

We’re prelaunch. This is a proposed pilot, not a confirmed partnership or a promise of sales.

small enough to try

one pilot. three steps.

01 / choose

3–5 little things.

Start with real, ready-to-ship pieces you own or make. Share photos, dimensions, condition, and your minimum acceptable payout.

02 / agree

every detail, upfront.

We agree on prices, the sales split, inventory availability, fulfillment, and returns in writing before publishing listings.

03 / test

a 30-day trial.

A nonexclusive pilot with a defined stock allocation. We create listings and launch content, then review what sold and what didn’t.

the starting proposal

clear split.
no mystery math.

Our opening proposal is 60% to the owner or maker, 40% to the shop on the item price actually paid, excluding tax and shipping. Final terms are negotiated per partner.

The shop’s share covers its selling work and payment fees. Agreed shipping and packing charges are accounted for separately. Your share isn’t reduced by surprise deductions.

For the initial pilot, stock stays with the partner. The partner must be able to pack and ship before receiving settlement. If that doesn’t work, we can discuss a different arrangement using your existing checkout.

This is a business proposal, not a finalized agreement. Consignment and a partner-owned checkout have different responsibilities; we’ll choose and document one before launch.

what would the split look like?

40% proposed shop commission. Payment fees come out of the shop share in this example. This shows gross shares, not take-home profit or a sales forecast.

a few partner answers.

Do I pay to be featured?

There is no proposed listing fee in the initial pilot. The shop earns its agreed share when a sale completes. Fulfillment costs and responsibility must be agreed separately.

Do I have to accept 40%?

No. That’s the opening proposal. Tell us your required payout. We’ll see whether a price and split work for both sides without inflating a price just to force a deal.

Who handles orders and returns?

Under the proposed consignment pilot, the shop handles customer messages and order coordination, and the partner ships. The agreement must specify return handling, refunds, damage, and the settlement reserve before checkout opens. A partner-owned checkout is a separate arrangement.

Is the shop already taking orders?

No. We’re choosing the first collection and setting up the sales process. No payments or binding applications are accepted on this page.

What happens to unsold pieces?

Under the proposed partner-held pilot, they stay with you. At the end of the agreed trial, we remove the listings or agree on an extension. You must notify the shop immediately if allocated stock becomes unavailable.
